All right, this episode super chef versus supermarket

Let's knock out some potatoes for y'all real quick

We got some What? They got white sweet potatoes

We got Idaho potatoes

We got Yukon Gold potatoes

The keto potatoes is they must be firm and heavy

Avoid any green tint, y'all

You don't want to

see no sprouts

They call them eyes

They don't have any right now

I promise you, normally you'll find whole bunch

It's very easy, simple

Every potato is different and for different things

But remember, when cleaning them, you need to scrub them
